  3. Destination Knowledge--I have traveled extensively myself, but I also continually research suppliers and destinations. Not to mention a network of other industry professionals sharing their firsthand experiences to make sure your trip is amazing.

  4. One of a Kind Experiences--some of the trips and experiences I can offer are only available through travel professionals.

The Process
Step 1

Consultation

Reach out to let me know that you want to talk about a trip! Email, call me, DM me, or click a link on this website. I'll follow up to arrange a free consultation where I'll get to know more about you and what you're looking for.

Step 2

Planning Fee

Creating a personalized proposal for you based on your preferences and desires takes time. There is a planning fee of $50-$200 paid upfront; the amount is determined by the complexity of the trip, and the amount of research required.  

Step 3

Proposal


You will receive a proposal that reflects the amazing trip we talked about including your preferences and my recommendations. We can make changes until we get it just right. Once you have approved the proposal, I'll get to work booking all of the moving parts.

Step 4

Itinerary

Once everything is booked, you'll receive a complete itinerary so all of your information is all in one easy-to-access place. The itinerary will include confirmation #s, vouchers, flight and hotel information, tour details, information about the locations and more!
